After each session, the instructor sends a short summary email highlighting what was reviewed, what was addressed live, and key observations from the session. -

Each session summary includes a prioritized list of accessibility items to focus on before the next session, helping teams direct effort where it will have the greatest impact. -
Guided review
At the start of a session, the instructor validates and reviews accessibility changes made since the previous session, confirming what’s working well and adjusting as needed. -
Session recordings
Video recordings of LABS workshops are provided (where included), allowing teams to revisit explanations, share learning internally, and onboard new contributors. -
Closing snapshot
At the end of a LABBS Depth engagement, clients receive a closing readiness snapshot, a plain-language summary of what the team now handles confidently, where continued care is recommended, and clear guidance on how to sustain and extend accessibility improvements going forward.

Do we need technical or accessibility expertise to participate?
No. LABS is designed for teams with varying levels of experience. Sessions are guided and paced to meet your team where they are, whether you manage content, design layouts, or handle development tasks.
How many people should attend a LABS session?
LABS Discovery and Drive include one participant, with the option to add more. LABBS Depth includes up to three participants by default. Many clients find that having 2–3 people attend helps build shared understanding and alignment across roles.
How should we prepare for a LABS session?
Very little preparation is required. Having access to your website, relevant admin credentials (if changes may be made), and a short list of questions or goals is usually sufficient.
Will accessibility fixes actually be made during sessions?
Often, yes. When it’s appropriate and safe to do so, improvements may be applied live. In other cases, teams leave with clear guidance on what to change and how to validate it between sessions.
Can LABS stand alone, or does it lead into other services?
LABS can absolutely stand on its own. Some clients use it as targeted learning and stop there. Others use LABS Drive or LABBS Depth as a foundation before moving into Accessibility Threading to apply what they’ve learned more consistently across their site.
